Windward Life Care Is Acquiring Lifeline Care at Home

A local aging services company called Windward Life Care has acquired San Diego’s longstanding senior care organization, Lifeline Care at Home.

Over 100 caregivers and staff from Lifeline will join Windward, and the combined annual revenue for the two organizations post-acquisition is expected be $6.5 million. The deal doubles Windward’s staff and services, the company said in a statement.

The acquisition of Lifeline will expand Windward’s home care offerings and dementia care. Windward will also be able to spend its educational offerings and partnerships with government bodies, nonprofits, and private sector organizations serving older adults.

“Our expanded footprint positions Windward as a premier provider of professional aging services in San Diego,” said Norman Hannay, president of Windward Life Care.
