Industrial and apartment properties recently changed hands in two separate Vista deals, including the $4.1 million acquisition of a building at Oak Ridge Business Center by Los Angeles-based Heidt Finance LLC, according to CoStar Group.
The 26,505-square-foot industrial and flex-office building at 2330 Cousteau Court. was sold by Marselle LLC. It was built on 2.2 acres in 2001.
Also in Vista, a buyer listed as Mooshima LLC of La Mesa purchased a 20-unit apartment property at 850-869 Alestar St. for $3 million, from Westby Family Trust of Post Falls, Idaho. The property was built on 1.6 acres in 1974.
