San Diego-based Vanorsdale Insurance Services, Inc. has been acquired by NFP, a national insurance broker and consulting firm, the companies announced.
Founded in 1947, Vanorsdale specializes in commercial and personal property and casualty coverage and employee benefits to the San Diego and Los Angeles communities. The firm’s president, Doug Galloway, who has been with the company for over 20 years, will assume the role of Director of NFP Property & Casualty reporting to Paul Saich, California Regional President at NFP Property & Casualty.
The newly acquired operation will remain in San Diego.
