San Diego-based Vaeurus Urban Lifestyles Fund II LLC has purchased a nine-unit apartment property in University Heights for $2.28 million, according to brokerage firm Apartment Consultants Inc. (ACI)
The seller of the property, at 4533 North Ave., was EAG Group LLC of Point Loma, led by Eric Graves.
The buyer was represented by Chris Robinson of ACRE Investment Real Estate Services, and the seller was represented by ACI’s Norm Root.
According to CoStar Group and public data, the two-story building was originally constructed in 1970.
