The Coco’s restaurant building on Balboa Avenue in Clairemont Mesa sold for $2.41 million. The buyer of the 5,100-square-foot building was Hamideza Jason Sabouri. The seller was Granite Peak Properties.
The buyer intends to hold the property as an investment, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which announced the sale March 9. Coco’s will maintain its lease through 2018.
Kipp Gstettenbauer and Kyle Clark of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. Shawn Heacock of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer.
