Synergy Health Partners, an outsource physician staffing and call management company based in Carmel Mountain Ranch, announced the appointment of several new executives on June 29. Cory Ampe joins the company as its vice president of marketing and communications. Michael Baima now serves as the vice president of revenue cycle management. In addition, Margret Ogbolu is the company’s new director of credentialing.
Cory Ampe is the head of the marketing and communications department and oversees the company’s brand strategy. Based in Milwaukee, Ampe has more than two decades of experience driving growth for healthcare, technology and business-to-business organizations. She directs all of Synergy Health Partners’ marketing, advertising, content and communications efforts.
Michael Baima is a revenue cycle management expert with more than 20 years of experience who is located in Leawood, Kansas. He specializes in digital transformation and cross-functional leadership. As vice president, Baima leads the revenue cycle management team, ensuring customer service excellence and consistent high-quality reimbursement services.
As head of credentialing, Margret Ogbolu leads all aspects of the verification process for clinical staff incumbents. She is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) with more than 10 years of experience obtaining provider privileges aligned with hospital-partner program needs and requirements. Margret Ogbolu is based in Cedar Hill, Texas.
