Popular beverage company Suja Juice is moving from Miramar to Oceanside, and more than doubling its corporate space along the way, according to commercial real estate group Cushman &Wakefield.
Suja Juice has signed two, eight year leases for a combined 171,000 square foot facility in Oceanside’s Ocean Ranch Corporate Center, the news release said.
The San Diego beverage company makes organic cold-pressed juice and recently ranked No. 2 on Forbes’ America’s Most Promising Companies list. Just last month, Coca-Cola Co. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s merchant banking division purchased minority stake in Suja Life LLC.
The new facilities will be located at 3831 and 3841 Ocean Ranch Boulevard.
Suja has signed eight-year leases for spaces at 3831 and 3841 Ocean Ranch Boulevard, within Ocean Ranch Corporate Center, according to Cushman & Wakefield. JLL reported that the total consideration for the leases was $11.1 million.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Aric Starck and Dennis Visser represented the landlord, Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust. Suja Life was represented by JLL’s Tim Olson and Damon Melda.
The Oceanside industrial market has been very robust with tenant demand over the past year, according to Cushman & Wakefield. FedEx, La Cantina Doors and TTL have signed for more than 500,000 square feet combined.
