SDSU’s Entrepreneurial Management Center said its annual international business competition will run March 30 to April 1 at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley.
The contest, titled Venture Challenge 2000, provides an opportunity for MBA students seeking venture capital to present their business plans to a panel of judges. The first-place award of $10,000 is intended to be used by the winning team to launch the new enterprise.
The contest will feature 20 teams from colleges and universities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Thailand and Sweden.
