“Work on the first phase of an airport runway improvement project at Lindbergh Field began last week, and is scheduled to be completed Dec. 10.
The project will be done in three phases, with the latter two phases taking three months each. Those will take place early next year.
To minimize the impacts to Lindbergh’s single runway, the construction work will take place at night.”
