The American Red Cross San Diego / Imperial Counties Chapter named William Earley as regional chief executive officer.

Earley will fill the vacant position on July 14.

He also established his own law and management consulting firm, The Earley Group, while pursuing other local projects. Earley’s background and interests include experience as a sportscaster, political aide and legal extern in the U.S. Senate, basketball player in Germany, Ironman triathlete and businessperson, according to the Red Cross.
