Fairbanks Trail LLC of San Diego has purchased two Rancho Bernardo retail buildings for a total of approximately $4.6 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the properties, at 16410 and 16440 Bernardo Center Drive, was SST Properties LLC. The buildings total 8,105 square feet, with the 16410 building housing SynFast Oil Change and the 16440 building occupied by a McDonald’s restaurant.
The buildings were constructed on a total of 1.9 acres in 1980 and 2013.
