Qualcomm will pay shareholders a quarterly dividend of 62 cents-per-share, the company announced on Jan. 14. The dividend will be paid out on March 28, 2019 to shareholders that had a stake in the company as of March 7.
In July of last year, Qualcomm boosted its quarterly dividend from 52 cents to 62 cents. The semiconductor company has paid dividends since 2003.
Qualcomm’s stock has dipped below $60 in recent months, primarily due to headwinds from its ongoing legal battle with Apple Inc. A trial this month between the Qualcomm and the Federal Trade Commission could determine the future of its licensing business.
Qualcomm is expected to report its first quarter earnings on Jan. 30, 2019.
