Carlsbad-based Nimble Software Systems Inc. said April 25 that it received $4 million in series A funds from Australia-based Seek Ltd. The funding round closed April 16.
Nimble plans to use the funds for technology development and marketing, with an eye toward improving customer experience and expanding globally.
The company does business as NimbleSchedule. It describes its product as an intuitive, web-based employee scheduling and time-and-attendance solution. Sasha Poljak is CEO. Peter Swaniker is founder and chief technology officer.
