San Diego skin care firm MDRejuvena Inc. has appointed Randy Kriech as president and CEO of the company.
Biotech veteran David F. Hale, the founder and acting CEO of MDRejuvena, will remain with the company as executive chairman of the board.
Kriech has a long history in skin care companies as founder and CEO of Shamroc Inc. and the former president of Carlsbad skin care company Sente Inc. Before that, Kriech was vice president of sales and marketing at PrecisionMD, a dermatology products company acquired by Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. for $475 million in 2014. Kriech was also the co-founder of Carefree Skincare, a company that was eventually sold to PrecisionMD.
“Randy is a very experienced industry executive and brings with him the knowledge, experience, background, and relationships to help MDRejuvena move forward to the next level of growth,” said Hale in a statement. “We are excited that he is joining our team of professionals and believe he will bring significant value to the company.”
