Mad Catz Interactive Inc., the San Diego maker of computer game peripherals, reported fiscal 2014 fourth quarter sales declined 18 percent from the same quarter in fiscal 2013 to $20.2 million.
The company said its net loss for the quarter that ended March 31 was $265,000, compared with a net loss of $12.1 million for the like quarter in FY 2013.
For the full fiscal year, Mad Catz reported net sales of $89.6 million, down 27 percent from the prior fiscal year.
The net loss was $7.4 million, compared with a net loss of $11.2 million in FY 2013.
The company said it amended its finance agreement with Wells Fargo that reduces the amount it can borrow from $30 million to $25 million.
