Local Voit Executive Joins New Board as Part of Executive Management Restructuring at Company

Randy LaChance, senior vice president in the San Diego office of Voit Real Estate Services, was recently named to a new board of directors formed as part of an executive management restructuring at the Irvine-headquartered company.

A Voit statement said the privately held firm has been restructured as a broker-owned company, to be led by CEO Eric Hinkelman, as the company seeks to grow its presence in the markets that it serves, including San Diego County.

Robert Voit, who founded the company in 1971, remains with the company as chairman of the new executive board. The seven-member board also includes executive and senior vice presidents from Voit offices in Anaheim, Irvine and the Inland Empire.

Voit has also named Vance McNeilly as chief operating officer, Eva Abrego as director of operations and Jessamyn Wilkinson as director of marketing.

According to data supplied by the company for the 2015 San Diego Business Journal Book of Lists, Voit employed 30 in the local market as of October 2014, including 13 full-time licensed agents. It also managed 660,0000 square feet of local commercial property in 2014, up 31 percent from the prior year.
