Intelicare Direct is the new name for Desert Call Connection, the Kearny Mesa-based business announced recently. The new name better reflects the 3-year-old company, said CEO Gabriel Bristol.
The business, which offers call center services using staff in the United States, has 300 employees and reported that it doubled its revenue to $11.5 million last year. Intelicare Direct also has an office in Las Vegas. Company officials say they plan to open a third location soon.
