Law Firm Adds Partner, Renames Itself Haeggquist & Eck LLP

Zeldes Haeggquist & Eck, the San Diego law firm that negotiated a $25 million settlement on behalf of students who attended Donald Trump’s Trump University last year, has renamed itself Haeggquist & Eck LLP following the hire of new partner Kathleen Herkenhoff.

Herkenhoff joins partners Alreen Haeggquist, Amber Eck, and Aaron Olsen in the firm’s San Diego office.

The attorneys at Haeggquist & Eck, an employee rights, consumer, and securities class-action firm, have obtained more than $100 million in recoveries for their clients over the course of their careers, the firm said in a statement.

The firm’s newest partner, Herkenhoff, has helped obtain more than $1 billion in settlement recoveries through her litigation of complex securities class and derivative actions, the firm said.
