CT Realty of Aliso Viejo has purchased a Poway industrial building housing the headquarters of Cohu Inc. for approximately $34 million, according to brokerage company CBRE Group Inc.
Cohu, which makes products related to the testing and inspection of semiconductors, was the seller of the 339,264-square-foot building at 12367 Crosthwaite Circle. Brokers said Cohu will be leasing back a portion of the space for 10 years, as the new owner converts the property into a multi-tenant building.
The seller was represented by CBRE’s Louay Alsadek, Brad Black, Hunter Rowe and Andrew Taylor, along with Pat Collins. CT Realty represented itself.
The property was built in 1992 on 20.8 acres in the Poway Business Park development. CT Realty also recently acquired a nearby 112,000-square-foot industrial building at 13550 Stowe Drive in Poway.
