Excalibur Fine Cigars Inc. recently signed a 10-year lease for a 1,380-square-foot space at the Mercado Shopping Center, 11828 Rancho Bernardo Road in Rancho Bernardo. At the same center, Poké Go, described as a healthy and casual eatery serving a popular Hawaiian raw-fish dish, signed a five-year lease for a 1,200-square-foot space.
The tenants in both transactions were represented by Kyle Clark and Dan McCarthy of brokerage firm The Heritage Group. Excalibur has existing locations in Kearny Mesa and Escondido, and Poké Go’s original restaurant is in Hillcrest.
Clark and McCarthy also handled the deal in which Omni 1 Yoga Center LLC recently signed a three-year lease for a 1,400-square-foot space at 1727 Sweetwater Road in National City, representing the tenant and property owner, Sweetwater Plaza East LLC. Clark said this will be the first yoga studio to be located in National City.
