Bycor General Contractors of San Diego has started work on 17,959 square feet of medical space in the Sorrento Mesa area for Southern California Physicians Managed Care Services Inc. of La Jolla.
Rich Byer, Bycor’s president, said Tara Norton of Cooper Roberts Bennett of San Diego designed the $471,000 project at 6760 Top Gun St. He anticipated it would be completed at the beginning of July.
Larry Rowe, a senior vice president at Bycor, is in charge of the project. The major subcontractors on the project are L.W. Secor of El Cajon for mechanical engineering, Collins Plumbing of La Mesa and Nutter Electrical Design of San Diego.
