MZ Group, a corporate communications firm that is based in Brazil and has a San Diego office, said Feb. 21 that it entered into a strategic agreement with the Dream Tea Group, a social media relations and Web-based marketing services business.
The businesses said together they will help publicly traded companies reach institutional, high net worth and retail investors through a complete suite of investor relation services.
MZ has 330 employees, including 31 who work in San Diego, and counts some 500 clients in 11 nations, including San Diego-based BofI Holding Inc., parent firm of BofI Federal Bank.
