Ansun Biopharma Inc., formerly known as NexBio Inc., has raised $4 million in equity financing, according to a recent form filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
According to the SEC, the Form D was submitted on Dec. 22 and the financing included six investors.
Ansun Biopharma is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company in San Diego focused on the development of anti-viral therapies for respiratory viruses.
Ansun Biopharma could not immediately be reached for comment.
