San Diego executive Anesa Chaibi has been named to a seat on the board of Regal Beloit Corp., a $3.1 billion Wisconsin company that manufactures electric motors, generators and controls.
Chaibi is CEO of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance near Poway, an arm of HD Supply Inc. (Nasdaq: HDS). She was an executive at General Electric Co. for 16 years.
Regal (NYSE: RBC) stock is part of the S&P Mid Cap 400 Index and the Russell 2000 Index.
