San Diego-based Anderson Audio Visual has been acquired by Tampa, Fla.-based AVI-SPL.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Anderson Audio Visual had $65 million in revenue and has six offices, including four in California, one in Texas and one in North Carolina.
The sale was announced Dec. 6.
Henberger, a boutique M&A advisory firm based in San Diego, represented Anderson in the transaction.
Buyer AVI-SPL is a portfolio company of Miami-based H.I.G. Capital.
