Accelrys Inc. reported incremental fourth quarter increases, growing Non-GAAP revenue from $47.5 million in the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2012 to $47.6 million in the like quarter of 2013.
Non-GAAP revenue for the year ended Dec. 31, 2013 increased $3.4 million to $177.7 million from $174 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2012.
The San Diego life sciences software company recently announced it will be acquired by France’s Dassault Systèmes SA for $750 million. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2014.
