Locally based Oceanic San Diego LP has purchased the 102-room Ramada Mission Valley hotel for $6.85 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the 58,416-square-foot property, at 4370 Alvarado Canyon Road, was Excel Hospitality Inc. of San Diego, recorded as Pinnacle Alvarado LP.
Formerly Super 8 Motel, the three-story building was constructed on 1.69 acres in 1986 and renovated in 2006.
