A $20.7 million refinancing loan for SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Oceanside has been arranged by the commercial brokerage firm JLL.
Owned by GF Properties Group – a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ute Indian Tribe based in Colorado – the 149-suite hotel opened in February 2014.
JLL arranged a five-year loan on the property with Umpqua Bank based in Portland, Ore.
The six-story hotel in downtown Oceanside at 110 N. Myers St. features the Hello Betty Fish House, 2,235 square-feet of meeting space, a 24-Hour Fitness center, a business center, a game room and a subterranean parking garage.
Leading the JLL team that arranged the loan were Senior Managing Director Aldon Cole, Director Olga Walsh and Associate Aaron Lapping.
