A San Diego restaurant has been ranked among the top 100 in the nation by OpenTable, an online reservation network for fine dining.
Addison Restaurant, the flagship restaurant at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar resort, was one of a dozen California eateries that made the list.
William Bradley is executive chef at the restaurant, which overlooks the resort’s Grand Golf Club.
Addison serves contemporary French cuisine and emphasizes seasonal California ingredients in its 80-person dining room, in the center of which is a 2,500-bottle wine cellar.
Open Table’s 100 Best Restaurants in America list was generated based on more than than 10 million verified diner reviews submitted to the network from Nov. 1, 2015, to Oct. 31.
