Toft Group, an executive search firm with offices in San Diego, Boston and San Francisco focusing exclusively on building leadership teams for life sciences and health care companies, announced the creation of its dedicated executive recruiting practice for digital health and health care IT.
Toft Group, which spun out of Sanford Rose Associates Executive Search, is known for completing specialized executive recruiting for companies in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics.
According to the company, due to rapid industry growth and increasing client demand, the company has expanded, adding a specific practice team with more than 30 years of industry experience in the digital health and health care IT space.
The new Digital Health Practice team will be led by Lisa McCann (board advisor, Digital Health Practice) and Suzanne O’Brien (director).
Toft Group said the specialized team will focus on executive and niche technical searches for digital health companies; including SaaS, PaaS, big data and analytics, mobile health, genomics, personalized medicine, patient engagement, population health management, and digital medical device companies.
