Shelter in Place Defined
Millions of people in Northern California were ordered to shelter in place— one of the strictest preventative measures utilized yet during the coronavirus outbreak. Governor Gavin Newsom issued an order two days later telling people statewide to stay at home. What does that mean?

Families First Act
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide employees with paid sick or family leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. COVID-19 TESTING INFORMATION
We encourage employers to review and follow CDC Guidelines to determine planning, preparation, and response to COVID-19. Employers should encourage employees experiencing COVID-19 symptoms to call their health providers for medical advice. Hospitals will not test persons who do not exhibit COVID-19 symptoms.
