Qualcomm will pay shareholders a dividend of 62 cents per share, the company announced on Oct. 15.
The dividend will be paid out on Dec. 19, to investors who bought shares of the company before Dec. 5.
The San Diego-based semiconductor company has been paying shareholders a quarterly dividend of 62 cents since May of 2018, after it fended off a hostile takeover bid from Broadcom Ltd. Prior to that, Qualcomm (Nasdaq: QCOM) paid a quarterly dividend of 57 cents-per-share.
Qualcomm’s stock was valued at $76.88 at market open on Tuesday.
