Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc. said Dec. 13 that it has appointed Kevin Walden as its chief information officer. Walden, who will continue to work at the company’s University City headquarters, has been acting CIO since earlier this year. He was previously chief technology officer at High Technology Solutions Inc., a defense contractor that Kratos bought in 2004.
As CIO, Walden will be responsible for all information technology at Kratos Defense, including information security, information compliance and data communications.
Kratos stock trades on the Nasdaq under the symbol KTOS. The corporation had $657.1 million in revenue in 2015, down from $763.0 million the previous year.
