Eset, a maker of computer security software with a regional office and research lab in San Diego, struck an exclusive U.S. distribution deal with Ingram Micro Inc., which bills itself as the largest wholesale technology distributor in the world.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The partners, who announced the deal May 29, said that Ingram Micro (NYSE: IM) will provide U.S. channel partners with quick and efficient access to the full suite of Eset business solutions.
Santa Ana-based Ingram Micro reported revenue of $42.6 billion in 2013. The business distributes to 170 countries on six continents.
Eset is based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
