For nearly four decades, Perry Dealy’s company has led major local developments, and he also served as the top supervisor on projects by client developers including Douglas Manchester. Dealy’s specialties include the key early stages crucial to positive project starts and further duties associated with bringing those developments to fruition in later stages. Dealy’s behind-the-scenes handiwork has guided many projects, including the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and Grand Del Mar Resort. Dealy now plays a similar role in developer Manchester’s upcoming $1.3 billion mixed-use redevelopment of the U.S. Navy’s downtown headquarters, to be called Manchester Pacific Gateway. His firm has also worked on projects, including past expansions of San Diego Convention Center and San Diego International Airport, major office complexes in Rancho Bernardo and Mission Valley, and the Wells Fargo Plaza in downtown San Diego. He also remains active in local civic and community planning groups.
