Ben Badiee

CEO AND PRESIDENT, BADIEE DEVELOPMENT

In business since 2003, developer Ben Badiee has focused recently on several new industrial and office campuses in North County. Over the last 18 months, Badiee Development broke ground and completed Carlsbad Innovation Ridge, the first industrial project in the company’s local $100 million, 436,000-square foot development pipeline. In addition, Badiee Development sold two industrial development sites in Escondido to Exeter Property Group in July. The Badiee firm has combined the two sites and will serve as the project developer to build a new 200,000+ square foot industrial distribution building on the site. Moreover, Badiee Development Inc. recently started construction on the previously announced Escondido Victory Industrial Park, a 91,000-square-foot project that is also that city’s first new industrial development in more than a decade.
