BUSINESS UNIT LEADER, DPR CONSTRUCTION
Scott Sass started his career in construction as a carpenter. Earning a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Nebraska, he joined DPR in 1999 as project executive. He moved to Texas in 2007, where he grew the company’s Special Services Group for the Central Region from an annual revenue of $40 million to $172 million. He became business unit leader in San Diego in 2021, developing and growing high-performing teams and operations in the region
