Nick Frasco is in charge of the San Diego operations of Longfellow Real Estate Partners, which is based in Boston. Longfellow has been one of the more active life science property investors in San Diego. In 2021, Frasco was the winner of SDBJ’s 40 Under 40 Award. Before joining Longfellow, Frasco worked for Voit Real Estate Partners, The Irvine Company, and Majestic Realty Co. He is a member of NAIOP and a graduate of the University of Southern California-Marshall School of Business
