Kurt Evans joined Lusardi Construction Co. in 1996 after earning a bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. As president of one of the nation’s top private general contractors, he is in charge of strategic planning, managing the growth and development of the company and running day-to-day operations as he oversees a staff of more than 200 employees.
