Colton Sudberry has maintained the company’s focus on mixed-use and town center developments with an emphasis on urban in-fill and master-planned communities. Major projects include the 235-acre master-planned community of Civita in Mission Valley, the 465-acre El Corazon mixed-use community and SoCal Sports Complex in Oceanside, and the 850,000-square-foot Watermark mixed-use project in San Diego’s Scripps Ranch. A football standout at the University of Colorado Boulder, he is a member several industry groups, the San Diego City College Foundation and Santa Fe Christian Schools
