Steven J. Cologne has been with Higgs Fletcher & Mack for nearly 38 years and has been a managing partner for more than five years. Cologne has spent 35 years a civil trial attorney specializing in complex tort and business litigation. Since 1985, he has served as primary outside litigation counsel for the San Diego Unified School District. Recently, he has represented businesses and their principals in trademark litigation. He is a panelist with the American Arbitration Association and a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
