Sara Katz founded Katz & Associates in 1986. With a team of 40 communications specialists, Katz manages community relations, public involvement and public affairs strategies for her clients throughout California and across the U.S. Katz’s experience includes public outreach and involvement programs for major public works projects, social awareness programs and controversial public policy issues.
