Rita Steel is the president for West and Southwestern United States operations for Professional Talent Solutions at Robert Half. Steel has been with the company for 35 years and has served on the Talent Solutions Executive Committee since its inception, providing strategy and leadership for operations worldwide. She is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Executive Steering Council and serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Asian Professionals for Excellence (APEX), one of Robert Half’s Employee Network Groups. She also serves on the board of directors for City Ballet of San Diego.
