Jason Hartley is managing partner at Hartley LLP. He has represented plaintiffs, including Fortune 500 companies, in commercial contingency matters asserting class action, antitrust and unfair competition claims. Hartley has recovered billions of dollars on behalf of victims. He left a larger national law firm to open Hartley LLP in 2018, and Hartley has since grown to 10 attorneys, all of whom handle national antitrust cases. He speaks at the American Bar Association’s Institute on Class Actions each year and is part of its planning committee
