Peter Kelly has led operations at National Pen, a maker of personalized promotional products (think pens and mugs with a company logo), since 2016. Kelly prepared National Pen for its acquisition by Cimpress (Nasdaq: CMPR) in 2016 and established a new team to lead the business as a Cimpress brand. National Pen’s international operations are as close as Tijuana and include Ireland, Tunisia and China.
