She oversees the firm’s business across the nation for the U.S. Navy’s IT and cybersecurity command, NAVWAR. Brooks runs company-wide diversity, equity and inclusion programs and serves on multiple boards, including the Dean’s Advisory Council at the San Diego State University College of Engineering
