Tamara Craver has been president and CEO of Reality Changers since 2019. Reality Changers prepares youth to become first-generation college graduates and agents of change in the community. An executive with a history of working in the education management industry, she was director of The Posse Foundation in Los Angeles for nearly 13 years. Previously Craver was director of development and communications for the YMCA of the USA and director of development and social markets for the American Heart Association in the greater Los Angeles area.
