Peter Callstrom is a nationally recognized leader in workforce and economic development and has led San Diego Workforce Partnership since 2012. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Callstrom leads efforts to transform the public workforce system with innovative programs and services, bold thinking, action and results. He has helped SDWP build a diverse budget of public, private and philanthropy to deliver programs to empower job seekers of all ages. SDWP manages a countywide network of full-service career centers, emphasizing underserved populations but available to all job seekers and reaching thousands annually. He has led nonprofits in San Diego County since 1986.
