Award-winning author, speaker and executive coach Gregg Ward founded The Center For Respectful Leadership in 2019 with a vision of building a better workplace through the development of respectful organizational cultures. The Center for Respectful Leadership is an educational organization committed to supporting leadership and organizational transformation through active research, public dialogues, development programs and executive coaching. Ward is also CEO of the Gregg Ward Group which specializes in using live, experiential learning as training and development tools.
