Brian Lee has been GM at The University Club Atop Symphony Towers for more than two years. Under Lee’s guidance, the downtown San Diego club was awarded the 2021 City Club of the Year by ClubCorp. Lee was previously GM at Herb & Wood, director of operations for Hakkasan Group and managing partner at Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine. He has been a corporate trainer at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, opening new locations when he was a manager with the company.
